  I called on Friday needing to move my company e-mail server over the weekend to a new location. Marshall responded immediately and we met first thing on Saturday to start the project.   It is as simple as this, I needed help – and I got it and more. I am not real technically savvy, I know the programs I use very well – outside of that I am lost. My system was working against itself, my programs were running sluggish and becoming impossible to use with any form efficiency, yet my system was brand new. He connected to my system remotely and began to move quickly to make all the necessary corrections while I was viewing everything on my screen. He downloaded and placed drivers, fine tuned my preferences, streamlined my application work-flow, and showed me where to make further corrections should things reset. In short, he turned a 90 pound weakling of a system into a POWERHOUSE!

  We recently opened a new physical therapy practice using all new Apple hardware and for some reason we had the initial thought of trying to do the install ourselves. I don’t know what the heck we were thinking, but thank God we called Marshall. First of all, Marshall answers his phone, and if he doesn’t, he will promptly return calls. This seems to be a lost art in the customer service department but not with Marshall. He is extremely knowledgeable. I don’t know how else to say that….he really knows his stuff. He is more than fair and was very understanding of our budgetary needs. In fact, he saved me several thousand dollars. Marshall also goes out of his way to make sure that all of our IT needs are met.
